In addition to the website (www.mcguirefurniture.com), our showrooms or stores can provide you with the necessary information or literature regarding our product specifications. These showrooms and stores are staffed with personnel that can assist you with those questions.
Where are the McGuire showrooms? Who is my territory rep?
Our flagship showroom is in the San Francisco Design Center and our flagship showroom/store is in the New York Design Center on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. Our web site lists additional trade Showrooms and Retail Store Locations, through our partner Baker Furniture. These are easily accessible by clicking on the "Where to Buy" link on our web site. Please call us if you are unsure showroom is nearest to you. Although our showrooms are distributed throughout the country, all design professionals may choose to work with any showroom of their choice. Our retail customers will need to either select a designer who can work through a trade showroom, or visit one of our Retail Store Locations.
Can I purchase directly from McGuire?
You cannot purchase directly through our company headquarters but please place your residential orders through our network of Trade Showrooms and Stores. These are easily accessible by clicking on the Where to Buy link on our web site.
I have some old McGuire pieces in need of repair and replacement parts. Where should I go for information?
Your showroom sales rep can assist you with your inquiry or you may reach us through the web at 'Contact Us'. Please be ready to provide your Proof of Purchase indicating you have acquired your product from an authorized McGuire dealer or one of our showrooms. Also, please have photos available showing the furniture style and close-ups of the areas requiring work or replacement.
Does McGuire work with projects that may involve hotels, etc.?

Can I get samples of McGuire's finishes? Which finishes are available?
You may view the different finishes throughout the web site. Most finish samples are also available through designers and/or showrooms. It is important to remember that natural variations occur between different pieces of rattan. Also, exposure to sunlight and/or outdoor air and humidity may result in finish color variations. One should expect that the finish on a piece of furniture that has aged several years would tend to differ from a newly finished product. Therefore, it is important to understand that finish options shown on the web are only approximations of these colors and cannot be guaranteed for accuracy. Some variations may occur for the reasons stated above, and because each individual piece of wood naturally differs in grain, texture and natural coloration. Finish samples are available through our network of showrooms and stores. McGuire offers samples solely to assist clients/customers in differentiating between one finish and another.
Can McGuire match a new piece of furniture to previously purchased pieces or blend a custom finish?
No, McGuire cannot match specific finishes; however, we can blend the new finish as closely as possible. You may select a finish sample that comes closest to your previous furniture and send it in your order. We will do our best to blend the finish as closely as possible to the finish sample that you have selected. Please remember that natural variations between different pieces of rattan may result in finish color variations. Also, if your furniture is exposed to direct sunlight, exposure will also likely affect the variation in the finish. Please see your sales representative or retail showrooms for custom finish inquiries. These are handled on a case by case basis.
What information will McGuire need to better answer my questions when I call to check status on an order?
