ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

 

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for product in its ORIGINAL condition within 10 business days of delivery. This is how the return process works at McGuire:

  • Be sure to keep the original packaging so that the return will travel safely.
  • Call or email McGuire's Customer Service team: (800) 662 4847 McGuireOrders@kohler.com to discuss the return and to be assigned a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). We are based in San Francisco, CA and are available Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  • Outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise (in ORIGINAL condition). If you accidentally recycled the original packaging, then our vendor-partners will add a charge to re-pack the item(s) in equivalent packing material.
  • McGuire charges a nominal 10% restocking fee for returns, this covers the cost to inspect and return the product to stock for future customers.
  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase.
  • Our retail store partners are not yet set-up to take returns for online purchases.
  • Please note: Online Clearance items may not be returned; they are a final sale.



EXCHANGE POLICY

We know that it was hard for you to pick which great piece you wanted in the first place, so once you have your new McGuire at home and you realize that you'd be happier with another style or a different color, you may exchange any product in its ORIGINAL condition; here's how:

  • Be sure to keep the original packaging so that the return will travel safely.

  • McGuire will waive the restocking fee if you are exchanging for other product, so any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

These products are designed to ship from McGuire in San Francisco in a matter of days. If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact McGuire Customer Service as soon as possible. If we are able to stop your order before it has been released for shipment, we will do so. If the item has already shipped, and it is in-transit to you, we will treat the order like a Return (see above policy).



ONLINE CLEARANCE ITEMS

All online clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.

UNFORTUNATE FREIGHT DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

Although regrettable and rare, freight damage and defects do happen, and we will do our best to promptly replace your purchase. Because we use freight vendor-partners to deliver to you, it is best if you can take pictures or note any damage on the delivery paperwork. Then call McGuire's Customer Service team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
